[WASD] to move camera in game-space;

Left mouse to attack, Right mouse to pivot 3d-space camera

[Shift-W/S] to pivot 3d-space camera up/down, [Q/E] for left/right

[1-2-3-4] to change weapon

[r] to restart entire game
