Update 3

New misc effect, a sponge-shield. Area that will pull in projectiles for a time and spit them out.

Upon further considerations of the design for the game and the work to come, I may have to drop the incremental aspect of it and go with a more focused arena shooter style for the game. Still figuring out much of the design, will be testing out ideas out this next week.
